Programme coordination and moderation (PCM)

This is the team that will coordinate and moderate the conference. Among them will be the HC chairperson.

Managing a programme is about making right decisions.

The keys to managing the conference programme is to communicate clearly and audible, show respect, and being flexible but firm in your decisions.

Tasks:

1. Moderating the conference

2. Taking care of the guest in the conference hall

3. Taking care of speakers and facilitators

3. Managing conference halls and facilities

4. Liaising with the hotel management on issues related to conference halls and facilities
